According to an official ICE statement, personnel at Adelanto detected José Guadalupe Ramos showing no consciousness or responsiveness in his bed on March 25th. Emergency measures such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation were administered before first responders transported Ramos to Victory Valley Global healthcare facility in Victorville. Medical staff declared his time of death at 9:29 p.m.
